The location is perfect on Main Street. The front desk staff was most helpful with dining recommendations and their dog Hannah was very well behaved and welcoming. The room was small but it was immaculate. Loved the Aveda amenities in the room, thought it was a nice upscale touch! Would definitely return again. The accommodations were nice and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. The staff was present and that's about all. Upon check in, we were made to feel as though we were interrupting the clerks personal phone call. Upon check out, it seemed like quite a pain for the clerk to print a copy of our bill. We were never once thanked or asked how our stay was. Given the cost of a nights stay, we expected courteous and friendly staffers and at least an element of customer service. The furnishings, linens and bath products are high quality and unique. Most of all, the staff is conginial and well-trained to go the extra mile for their guests. There is not a better location in Frisco.
