Friendly staff. I was able to wander around and look at all available rooms prior to selecting one. Each room was decorated differently. Furniture was not new but comfortable. My particular room had an updated bathroom. Nice soap, shampoo, etc. Carpet was worn, some stains, but not too bad. Great location in area with shopping, restaurants. Very good deal in offseason--not familiar with peak season prices.
The room could use new carpet but so could my rooms at home. I recommend this place yet.
Thank for the restful stay at the Hotel Frisco. It was just what we needed after a very stressful week.
We had a beautiful awesome time in Frisco highlighted by the awesome accomodations in Frisco. Only problem is that it was too short - only one night.

We've been coming to Hotel Frisco for the past 7 years, 1-2 times a year. We enjoy it because of its location, quaintness, reasonable prices, and pet friendliness.However, on this last trip, we noticed that areas of our room could use some freshening up. For example, the bathroom paint is beginning to chip away in several spots. Also, there was some lack of attention to detail this time around that we were not used to from Hotel Frisco. For example, we didn't have a trash can in the room for the first night. We didn't realize this until late that first night; therefore we had to stock pile our throwaway items and had to ask them for a trash can the next day. Additionally, one of the light bulbs in the bathroom was burnt out. Not a major deal for us on any of the above items, but just some things that we noticed. Overall we were satisfied with out stay.
The hotel is in a great location and clean but it is quite dated, the tv is old and too expensive for what you get. A brand new condo in town is a better deal.
Great place to stay in the heart of Frisco, great value, however bathrooms are a little outdated.
Booked three rooms for winter wedding. Hotel very clean, nicely furnished and professional staff. Only negative: loud neighbors that began their day at 6 am.
We were impresssed from the moment we walked in. This is a cozy bed and breakfast without the breakfast. We brought two boys and 3 big dogs. All felt welcome! It was very convienent to have a back door to our room to unload a minivan full of stuff and to be able to take the dogs out for a walk without having to go through the lobby. We can not wait to go back!
We were able to get the reservation the same day when the roads were bad - very convenient!
I have stayed here a number of times. Nice location, good hot chocolate, cute place. It is looking a little like it needs some work though - not much just a little paint and some carpet cleaning. Still a very nice place to stay.
We were so happy to find Hotel Frisco. It was within walking distance of stores and restuarants, and hiking, also close to Copper Mtn. Room was clean. Bedding was good quality. Room was warm. Really liked that we had outside access from our room. And most important our dog was welcomed and happy. It has the feel of a bed and breakfast just w/o the breakfast.
The front desk was really helpful!

This is the second time I stayed here. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in,The staff, friendly and very helpful when needed to be. Convenient being right across the street from a fabulous restaurant. And very quiet, no one walking halls making noise after 9:00pm
