Customer service was not good. And when arriving in condo it was not welcoming or inviting, instead rules of what to do or not to do felt more threatening instead of welcoming. Have stayed many places in Colorado never like this.

We are known for our service and have won best lodging in the county 5 out of the last 6 months. I hope you will allow us to prove ourselves again.
