  Rita made check in and check out a breeze and fixed a small TV problem very quickly. Telephone advice regarding the best rental unit for our group of 10 was right on. Everyone loved the unit and the location. Thanks!

  The only drawback was that I could never get my government computer to connect to our server during the stay. My husband was able to connect just fine.
