We loved this property. I have rented a dozen homes and this is my favorite. The outdoor space is perfect. Trees, wildflowers, mountain views. The deck for lounging, dining and hot-tubbing. And the charming fire-pit beneath the pines was a relaxing spot.
The interior of the home was well decorated. There is a big leather sectional that sat our family of 6 perfectly and grandparents enjoyed the handcrafted leather chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed except an electric griddle for pancakes. We still managed
to make them! The beds were comfortable. King in the basement/garage level. King on the main floor. And a Queen upstairs next to a living area with twin sleeper chair and a queen sleeper sofa was perfect for our 4 kids to take over. The only thing I did not
expect was the gravel road that begins just past peak 7 resort. It's about 1-2 miles of windy, BUMPY, road. In the dry summer our Land rover Lr4 managed it fine, as did my parents 4WD truck, but it was bumpy with loose gravel in spots. If you don't want your
car to get dirty or don't like non-paved roads, this spot might stress you out. About 10 minutes into Breck main street, but the seclusion of the neighborhood is what makes this space so special.
