There are two living rooms with picture windows looking out east to the gold run hills or west to the entire Ten Mile Range. The west room has a wood burning fireplace and the other has the 42 inch TV. Both make ideal sitting areas for the family to retell the day's stories or the spectacular adventures had by all. Oversized leather couches and chairs offer comfortable escape.

The gourmet kitchen is furnished with all brand new GE Profile and Jenn Aire appliances - gas range, side-to-side refrigerator, double ovens. The granite countertop extends into an island with 4 bar stools, so the family can enjoy conversations in the kitchen or the dining room. There is a very large deck off the living room with patio furniture and a gas grill to enjoy the best view of the Range in all of the valley, anytime of the day. The exquisitely decorated home has two magnificent master bedrooms on both ends of the house, each with their own breathtaking views up and down the valley. The first master bedroom opens through French doors, inviting you into one large master bedroom suite, complete with its own gas fireplace, a walk in bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub (with a view) and antique arched mirrored doors.

The second master bedroom is complete with a queen bed, walk in closet and bathroom. Next to this room is the Pullman Car room, with four built in bunk beds, that have their own ladder, lights and heavy black out curtain, like in the classy railroad travel days, where everyone slept in the Pullman Bunks. Opposite the bunks is another queen bed, built in as well with its own privacy curtain. The other bed is in the den which has the sleeper sofa. Here you will also have your own room and another private fireplace. This will second as another sitting room if you need to be more secluded.
