There is a very large deck off the living room with patio furniture and Weber charcoal grill to enjoy the majestic mountain views, anytime of the day.

Master bedroom suite on main level with a king bed, oversized stuff chair, 32” LCD TV and private access to outdoors. Master bathroom features a separate shower stall, Jacuzzi soaking tub, double sinks and large custom closet. (sleeps 2)

Junior master bedroom, on its own landing between master suite and upstairs, has a king bed, leather loveseat for lounging, 32” LCD TV, private deck, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. (sleeps 2)

Two additional bedrooms are located on the top level. Each with vaulted ceiling and sunny views, the third bedroom and fourth bedroom shares a full bathroom between the two rooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and closet. (sleeps 4)

The lower level is very spacious composing of a large family room area and a bunk room area. The family room invites you with a four piece comfy sectional showcasing a 55” LCD TV with a Blu-ray DVD player, Wii game system (various games) and Bose surround sound. Set in the corner for privacy, the two Captain’s Bunk beds (full bottom and twin top) are perfect for kids hideaway. (sleeps 6). There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower in the lower level adjacent to bunk area.

Private and spacious hot tub (seats 8) by front entrance walkway looks out to the forested hillside behind the house. So peaceful and quiet, it will be a home to cherish.

Heated 2 car garage plus additional parking in driveway, washer/dryer, WIFI, LCD TVs, radiant in-floor heating. 5-10 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge or to Gondola.
