Villas at Swans Nest is located four miles from downtown Breckenridge, set upon a quiet valley on the Swan River. You will find relaxation off the beaten path and still be close to Breckenridge and other ski resorts in Summit County. The condo is located on ground floor of a six unit building and very large for two bedroom condo to accommodate those who want more space. It sits right on the Middle Fork of the Swan Creek with a pond in the back.
Combined living room and dining room with open kitchen floor plan. Master bedroom has a king bed, patio access, and full bathroom. Second bedroom has queen bed. Trundle day bed (two twins) sleeps maximum 6 people occupancy.
Complimentary WIFI, washer/dryer in hallway closet, gas fireplace and shared outdoor hot tub makes Villas at Swan's Nest an affordable but very nice getaway in the mountains.
