Sleeping Arrangements Sleeps 20-26. Upper level - Bedroom 1 (master suite): decorated in Indian jewel and earth tones, features a three-sided gas fireplace, large walk-in closet, Sundance armoire with TV / VCR and CD stereo, king bed (sleeps 2) and queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), and a standing balcony with view north toward the Ten-mile range. Master bath has a large jetted tub with separate shower, bas relief wildlife tiles, double sinks and a relaxing sitting area facing the fireplace. Bedroom 2 (guest master bedroom): king bed (sleeps 2), and queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), TV, CD stereo and adjacent master bath with large, doorless glass block and tilted shower. A private standing deck faces south and overlooks the outdoor hot tub. Loft has queen, bomber jacket high-quality leather sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

Main level - Bedroom 3: Strickley reproduction shaker queen bed (sleeps 2 ) and furniture, private bath with tub and shower. Bedroom 4 (Roy Rogers room): has two twin beds (sleeps 2) decorated in fun, cowboy motif and adjacent bath with shower.

Lower level - Bedroom 5 (Bristlecone bunkroom): has two sets of hand-made peeled pin bunks, each with twin on top and full on bottom (sleeps 6), adjacent bath with shower. Bedroom 6 (Denim room): has two twin pine beds (sleeps 2), denim motif and private bath with shower. Rec room has two queen sleeper sofas (sleeps 4).

Great Room This vast area has vaulted ceilings above a contemporary, elegantly furnished living room with granite-topped wet bar. The focal point is a gas fireplace with floor to ceiling moss rock accented with an elk head above the mantle. There are floor-to-ceiling windows on the east end of the room, looking out toward Peak 8. Balconies surround the living room. Front entrance is accented by beautifully crafted stained glass and a Fallow deer antler chandelier. These deer shed their antlers four times a year. Adjoining den area has 32-inch TV / VCR / Stereo with CD/cassette faced by a comfortable sitting area. The centerpieces of this great room area are the 2-story high, pre-milled and quite extraordinary, support trees and unique, hand crafted, intertwining, free-form handrail newels. Adjacent dining areas are separated from a large kitchen by granite-topped breakfast bar with four bar stools. There are two dining areas. One, a large circular breakfast nook surrounded by expansive bay windows (table seats 8). The other, a massive dining table area (seats 16), hand-made from fallen Bristlecone pine trees. Because these trees are endangered, only fallen ones can be utilized.

Rec Room Downstairs is a large rec room decorated with reproductions of Indian artifacts and an antique pair of skis. There is a full-size pool table, big-screen TV with Nintendo, VCR and stereo. Two comfortable couches make into sleeper sofas.

Additional Amenities Balconies surround 2/3's of the home, and a 10-person hot tub is situated just outside the front porch, among mature pine trees. Three car garage, ample parking in driveway, washer/dryer.
